I was born and raised in Russia (Baku in Azerbajian).

My Work:
I've been a Personal Trainer for the past 8 years.  I teach both children and adults the skills of Martial Arts.  I previously instructed Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics, and a few other sports.  I studied, and instructed Tae Kwan Do, Tang Soo Do, kick boxing, Muay Thai, a bit of grappling, competed in amateur Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), won 3 Grand Championships in TSD and 1 in TKD, and some other championships - winning medals, awards, trophies, and plaques.  

I taught Artistic Gymnastics for about 6 years (girls compulsory and some optional, conditioning and flexibility).  I was also an assistant coach in Rhythmic Gymnastics for about 5 years.  I worked with some of the most talented girls in the Country on conditioning, flexibility, and skills.  Many of the girls qualified, competed, and won at the Junior Olympics. 

I also helped organize and train the Future Stars program.  Future Stars was a group of very talented individuals who had the potential to one day make it to the Nationals, and even the Olympics.  Two of the girls made it to the National Training Camp.

My Hobbies:
I like playing guitar (classical music mostly, Acoustic and Electric also).  I like to play chess, shuffleboard, pool, darts, poker, ping pong, beer pong, etc.  I like to write music and create art (whether it's through music or written poetry).  I also love philosophy, psychology and history.  I like people.  I like animals, too:  cats and dogs.
