Shipping Costs and Return Information

We ship within the United States via United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, or Federal Express.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 days, but during a period of a high volume of orders, it is possible it can take 7-10 days before your order is shipped.

If you need an order by a certain date please let us know by calling us or sending a email using our Product Questions form.  We will make every attempt to meet your deadline.  If it won't be possible, we will let you know as soon as we can.

In the event you order an item and it is out of stock or back-ordered you will be notified within 48 hours.

If you place an order and one or more of your items are out of stock, we reserve the right to ship items separately until your order is filled or any remaining items cannot be supplied.

How do I return an item?

Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction for every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can send the item back to us for exchange, credit or refund. All returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.  No item that is damaged or separated from a bundle-purchase can be guaranteed a refund or exchange.  ALL returned items incur a 15% restocking fee. Please allow 30 days for refund or charge credit.  Shipping and handling to return an item to us is not refundable.  All returns must be in their original packaging, and accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.
