Ordering Information
All items are listed in U.S. dollars. Julius' MMA Fitness ships within the United States of America and utilizes the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) PayPal payment processor to accept online credit card orders. You do NOT need an existing PayPal account to complete your order.  With prior approval, we also accept offline orders via Phone, Fax, Purchase Order and COD. Payment must be received and cleared prior to shipping. Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be calculated upon checkout. We collect 6% Sales Tax for orders shipped to addresses within the State of Michigan.

Shipping Methods
Julius' MMA Fitness utilizes several different shipping methods. Shipping costs will be calculated once we have determined your preferred shipping method. All in stock orders will be shipped once payment has been received. All items from third-party manufacturers are subject to shipment delays due to product availability. Customer orders will be shipped per the requested delivery method as soon as the items are made available. Customers may receive orders in separate shipments.

Please note, selecting a quicker shipping method does not change the order processing time. It only changes the transit time once shipped.

Julius' MMA Fitness can ship to a physical street address, or to a P.O. Box.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?
Shipping charges are subject to change according to the weight of the package and shipping location. Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight of your order, using current rates from the United States Postal Service and the United Parcel Service.

Warranty Information
All items include the manufacturer's original warranty, if applicable.

This warranty may not cover the following: any misuse, accident, modification, or improper maintenance by you of the product.

How do I return an item?
Our goal is to provide 100% satisfaction for every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can send the item back to us for exchange, credit or refund. All returns must have an issued Return Authorization Number and be made within 15 days of the delivery date. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. No item that is damaged can be guaranteed a refund or exchange. Please allow 30 days for refund or charge credit. All returns must be in their original packaging, and accompanied with a copy of the original invoice.

Is my personal information secure?
We believe in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on our internet site.

It is our policy to not sell or otherwise exchange private information, such as your name, credit card number, or address to any third party.

We can only accept orders from Web browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology; for example, version 3.0 or higher of Netscape Navigator and version 3.02 or higher of Internet Explorer. Customer areas that use 128-bit SSL technology include the login, checkout, profile and order areas. Please be patient during the checkout process and if there are any concerns please contact us.

Credit card payment information and Sales Tax
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover through our secure 128-bit SSL PayPal payment processor. We collect 6% Sales Tax on items shipped to addresses within the State of Michigan.
